Do you carry the same brands in your retail store and online?

Not at this time. On our online store you can shop for a full range of products presently from Martin Universal Design. If you decide to come by and visit our retail location we stock a variety of products from Martin, Weber, Winsor & Newton, Liquitex, Derwent, Arches and more! We will eventually add other manufacturers to our online store.

What is your return policy?

Returns are handled on a per item basis. Please inquire at the store or send a question if purchasing online to learn about the return policy for the particular product.

I was looking online at a product and saw the same product in your store but the prices were different. Why?

Our online store is setup through a special partnership with the manufacturers. They are able to ship directly when you purchase through us. Due to the ability for us not to have to carry physical inventory for the online store we are able to offer deeper discounts on certain items. On other items there occasionally may be an oversight. Please bring it to our attention and we may be able to offer you the same price in the store.

Our online store is open 24 hours a day!

We are currently working on that feature of the website. Until then please feel free to submit an inquiry to gallery@larteartsupplies.com and include your Name, Age, Professional Experience, a short biography and up to 4 samples of your work in either JPG, PNG or GIF format.
